all the "nice things"
The Holy Spirit inspired her to write,
but we ignore the
"hard truths"
which the Spirit of God also inspired her to write; such as;

If "the preachers & teachers" were warning
in the sight of Heaven, they would be in
sack cloth and ashes praying for repentance and
obedience that they may be qualified
for the precious "gift" of "The Latter Rain".

Since The Spirit of God declares that:
"a small portion of those who now profess The Truth
will be sanctified by it and be saved."
The following declaration is based on a false supposition
and in opposition to the clear
Word of God's Spirit !
And how many of the members of the Adventist Church
know the deception that is being
been brought upon them by their "leaders" ! ?
How many realize that the words in this picture above are in
fact teaching the "Global Pantheistic" theories of the
Jesuit, Pierre Teilhard de Chardin ! ?
And how many know that the the word "Imagine"
at the beginning and ending
of the caption is a
direct reference to "John Lennon's song as a member
of the "Beatles" ! ?

his most successful
and is still being sung even by
professed Christians" today !

Adventist Church,
carefully examine who are the teachers
which Spiritual Formation is based on the teachings
of the founder of the Jesuit Order. His name:
Ignatius Loyola ! It is a mix of Satan's many
snares found in ancient religions and has been
added to by different Catholic priests and nuns,
claiming to have mystical experiences, visions
etc;. The Spiritual Exercises of Ignatius is a
form of hypnotism as is the Eastern Occult
religions that are part of the induction into
this mystical path of Spiritual Formation !
Jon Dybdahl, recommends Catholic
and other mystics and the mystical rituals
of this Science by which Satan works to to
put himself in the place of Christ and thus
receive the worship that only belongs
to Jesus !

Jon Dybdahl’s contemplative propensities
are strongly presented in his 2008 book,
Hunger:
Satisfying the Longing of Your Soul.
In Hunger, Dybdahl
favorably instructs on
contemplative practices
such as lectio
divina, visualization
(p. 64),
the Jesus Prayer,
and breath
prayers (p. 52). Dybdahl explains in
his book that in his
“not-so-secret
quest for God,” he turned to Quaker
Thomas Kelly’s book A Testament of
Devotion.
It is Kelly,
a Panentheist, who said that within every
human
being is a
“Divine Center,” a “secret sanctuary”
(from A Testament of
Devotion).
This “secret sanctuary” Kelly is speaking of is
what he calls
“abiding Light behind all changing [life] forms.”
He says: “In that Current we
must bathe. In that abiding yet energizing Center we are all made one” (p. 38).”
Dybdahl says in Hunger that
Henri Nouwen “intensified” his “craving”
for
“God’s presence.” (p.12)
But the presence that Nouwen is speaking of
is the same as that of mystics, and it is this
mysticism that led Nouwen to reject
Jesus Christ as the only path to God at the end
of his life Sabbatical
Journey).
Dybdahl’s book is brimming with references
to contemplative
mystics: David Benner, Morton Kelsey,
Adele Alberg
Calhoun, Tilden Edwards, Richard Foster,
Ken
Boa,and Brother
Lawrence.

Spiritual Formation is the
Roman Catholic Mysticism formulated by
Ignatius Loyola who founded the Jesuit Order
in the year 1540.

Empower Ministry Conference to Host Jon Dybdahl & Jon Paulien
5th National Leadership Conference
will take place this year on the
Labor Day weekend, August 31 -September 2,
at La Sierra
University Alumni Center, featuring;
Jon Dybdahl and Jon Paulien
as seminar speakers.
Established in 2002
as a non-profit organization by a group of
Korean American youth and young adult pastors,
Empower is a ministry-support
organization for next-generation Asian-American Adventist leaders.
In the past, Empower has drawn 300-400 attendees from across North America in
their midteens to 50s. However, this year, we’re limiting the number to 50, and receiving
ages 21 and up only. We have chosen to be more deliberate about training and
networking and have decided to steer the conference toward a smaller and more
mature demographic. Although our primary
target is Korean- and other AsianAmerican Adventist young adults, the conference is
open to all who register and
have attracted a good number of non-Asian attendees.
There will be two foci to this year’s Empower Conference: (1) Spiritual Formation
and (2) the Book of Revelation.
The conference will commence in the evening of
Friday, August 31, with the opening worship.
On Sabbath, Jon Dybdahl (former
president of Walla Walla University and
professor of mission at Andrews Seminary)
will lead the conference through a full-day “retreat” focusing on personal
spiritual formation.
Those who attended the Seminary in the
1990s will
recall the powerful impact that Dybdahl’s
Spiritual Formation class had on their
lives. Many will also remember the daylong retreat that was part of that course.
On the Sabbath of the weekend, Dybdahl
will guide us through that special experience and
each us how to lead such a retreat.
